Orders and Product Availability
All SQi-AndiX products are sold directly by the manufacturer’s e-shop to end-users only. We are a small company and due to technical engineering implications of our manufacturing process the products are manufactured in small series. Depending on the production phase, the product can be in the following availability states.
- In stock
- The order can be placed and the payment is accepted. Upon payment, the product is immediately shipped.
- Available on backorder
- In this situation, the manufacturer has a production process in a stage that guarantees a reasonable lead time (typically 2-4 weeks). The backorder can be placed and payment is accepted. Upon the product availability, the orders will be dispatched.
- Out of stock – Waiting list notification
- In this situation, other pending orders are being served and all products in soon-to-be-finished productions are blocked for pending orders. You can subscribe for an email notification when the product is back in stock.
Product Price, Payment and Shipment
The price listed in e-shop shows the product price. The shipment cost is calculated separately during checkout. By placing the order, customer fulfills a business deal and is obliged to pay the product and the shipment overall price. Payment and shipment options depend on customer country of location and they are listed in the shop checkout page. The price paid in e-shop does not cover any custom/import and/or other charges which may be applicable in some destinations. The customer is responsible for paying these charges and clearing all custom/import formalities.
Order and Purchase Cancellation
If the customer cancels already payed order before the product is shipped, the paid amount will be refunded subject to subtracting handling bank charges. In the case, the product has been already shipped and returned as undeliverable or as a canceled order, the shipping cost will be additionally excluded from the refund.
Customer may cancel the already committed and delivered purchase in maximum of 14 days from the product delivery by announcing that to the manufacturer by post or email. The product must not be used in any way, must not be removed from the original sealed packaging and the packaging and product must be intact. The product must be returned at the customer expenses. Upon receiving the returned product, the product cost (excluding shipping cost) will be refunded to the customer. In the case of returning the product that was damaged or used no refund will be done and standard warranty and service procedure applies.
Warranty and Service
A limited 1-year warranty covers defects of material and workmanship of the product that happened under normal use and operation conditions as they are described in the product documentation. The warranty does not cover the failures caused by product abuse, product disassembly and alteration, physical damage, or clear violation of product operation instructions or using it out of normal operating conditions.
The product service, both covered and not covered by warranty, is handled directly by a manufacturer. Contact us by email at info@sqi-andix.com and we arrange the service procedure and conditions and estimate the price of the repair. If the service cannot be solved by sending a replacement component, the customer must send the product to the manufacturer for a repair.
Privacy policy
By placing an order, the customer agrees with providing the personal data to the owner of the www.sqi-andix.com. The data will be used exclusively for the order, product support and warranty processing. This includes manufacturer internal customer records used for warranty and technical support. The customer data may be shared with bank third party services handling the payments, and with postal and delivery third party services used for sending the product to the customer.
